4. Maintain the normal operation of basic functions

1. Your relationship with us

Users (including you) who use this service at the invitation of customers are the "authorized users" described in these terms. The customer can send you a verification code to invite you to use the service, and you can use the verification code to create an account for the service as an authorized user of the customer. You agree that you will not share the verification code with anyone other than the person who invited you to use this service, and you will not inform any other person of the verification code, otherwise you will be liable for the violation of the agreement in this paragraph. The corresponding legal liability arising therefrom; you also agree that, in order to enable you and other authorized users of the customer to use this service, the customer may share your contact information with us with your authorization. You can register for the "Trainingbao" account through this software, or you can register for the "Trainingbao" account through other software provided by Taoke. If you register and use the "Trainingbao" account through this software, you need to abide by the "Trainingbao User Agreement" and the "Trainingbao Privacy Policy". You have the right to choose a legal character combination that meets the requirements of Taoke as your account, and set a password that meets the security requirements by yourself. The account and password you set are the credentials you use to log in and use the software and other software and related services provided by Taoke as a registered user.
You can also use a third-party account or an internal account assigned by your company (depending on the company's cooperation) to log in and use the training treasure document and related services. You will authorize us to obtain your internal account on the third-party platform or company The registered public information (name, avatar, and other information authorized by you) is used to bind the account so that you can log in directly and use the training treasure and related services.
You understand and agree that in addition to logging in and using this software, you can also log in with your "TrainingBox" account to use other software and services provided by Taoke and its affiliates and control companies. When you log in with the "Trainingbao" account and use the aforementioned services, you will be bound by the user agreement of the actual provider of other software and services and other agreement terms.
After the customer obtains the right to use the service and the "TrainingBox" account through the designated method and channel order of Taoke, Taoke will assign the corresponding enterprise user administrator account, and the customer can upload and upload through the administrator account after passing the review. When you use this service by importing the enterprise user administrator account, you should ensure that you submit true, accurate, complete, and reflect the current situation of the identity and other relevant information. You understand and promise that your account name, avatar, profile, etc. The information used to use the service and other personal information shall not contain illegal and harmful information, and shall not use the name of others without the permission of others (including but not limited to the false use of other people’s names, names, font sizes, avatars, etc.) that are sufficiently confusing ), you need to abide by relevant laws and regulations during the use of your account, and you must not perform any behavior that infringes on the national interest, harms the legitimate rights and interests of other citizens, or harms social morality. You understand and agree that the ownership of the software account and related rights and interests belong to Taoke, and you only have the right to use the account after logging in for the first time. Your account is only for your own use. Without the written consent of Taoke, it is prohibited to give, borrow, rent, transfer, sell or otherwise permit others to use the account in any form. If Taoke discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that the user is not the initial registrant of the account, Taoke has the right to suspend or terminate the provision of services to the account without notifying you, and has the right to cancel the account without paying the account. The users of the company shall bear the legal responsibility, and you shall bear all the data, information, etc. (including but not limited to employee information, customer information and chat records, etc.) that are emptied or lost due to your use of this service, and you shall bear it yourself . You fully understand and agree that you must be responsible for all actions under your account, including any content you post and any consequences arising therefrom. You should make your own judgment on the content you come into contact with when using this service, and bear all risks arising from the use of the content, including risks arising from the reliance on the correctness, completeness or practicality of the content. Taoke cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by the aforementioned risks.
After you have completed the registration and login of your "Trainingbao" account, and performed reasonable and necessary identity verification, if you are an individual user, you can browse and modify the personal identity information submitted by yourself at any time; if you are an enterprise employee user , You need to modify the personally identifiable information that has been submitted through the enterprise administrator of your organization. You understand and agree that you may not be able to modify the initial registration information and other verification information provided during registration for reasons of security and identification (such as account or password retrieval and appeal services, etc.). If you are an individual user, you can also apply for cancellation of your account.
